The role
The role of Sales Representative is to develop and maintain industrial sales, travelling within the north of the state. Working directly with our sales team, this position involves maintaining relationships with existing customers, pursuing new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.
A strong sales and customer service focus is required to be successful in this role. Product training, fully serviced vehicle, laptop and mobile phone will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Managing existing customer base, providing excellent customer service
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive sales growth
* Conducting meetings and presentations to promote product range
* Negotiating and closing sales orders with new and existing customers
* Maintaining detailed customer contact planning and sales pipeline data
* Achieving monthly sales targets and working within sales margins
* Working collaboratively with our sales and warehouse team

* Demonstrated experience of success in a sales role
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proven ability to connect with customers and build relationships
* Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* A positive attitude and interest in working within a small team
* Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the local area
