Position: Full-Time Pickleball Venue Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations of our indoor pickleball facility
* Oversee court bookings, scheduling, and event coordination for schools, clubs, and private groups
* Develop and implement programs, competitions, and community initiatives
* Coordinate and supervise staff, including coaches and casual court attendants
* Maintain facility standards, safety compliance, and equipment management
* Assist with marketing, social media promotion, and community engagement
* Support membership management and customer service operations
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sports management, recreation, or facility management
* Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
* Passion for sports, community engagement, and promoting healthy lifestyles
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with scheduling software, bookings, or sports facility management is an advantage
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sports management, recreation, or facility management
* Australian work rights required for this position
* Certificate or Diploma qualification required
