Community Care Support Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Care Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Community Care team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring business operations run efficiently and our clients receive an exceptional experience.
* You will provide administrative support to the delivery of our Community Care based services.
* You will be responsible for coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood.
* You will manage requests, concerns and inquiries from internal and external customers.
* You will roster and schedule support for the neighbourhood.
* You will create correspondence and documentation as requested.
About the Role:
* Coordinate scheduling and administration tasks for multiple teams.
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage information systems and databases to ensure accuracy and integrity.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or related field.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Previous experience in rostering/scheduling highly regarded.
* Intermediate-advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
