Overview
At Allens, our business teams are specialists in their field, using their knowledge and expertise to solve critical client and business challenges. You will be part of the Clients and Growth team based in Sydney or Melbourne. Our team's overarching goal is to drive growth for the firm by building, enhancing and protecting our brand, networks and relationships, and delivering genuine value to clients while developing the capabilities of our people.
Responsibilities
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key energy sector clients and leading the development and implementation of client strategies to strengthen and grow the firm's relationships. You will also:

* Develop and implement engagement plans for key buyers and influencers across your clients.
* Conduct regular client feedback to identify opportunities and ensure excellent service delivery.
* Coach partners, lawyers and practice executives on best-practice client relationship management and the role each has to play in enhancing the client experience, strengthening relationships and growing work.
* Build strong relationships across the client's organisation to ensure client needs are met.
* Drive efficient and connected client teams: maintain routine and momentum to strengthen and grow client relationships.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity. Allens offers a hybrid working structure (typically 60% in the office and 40% from home) with flexibility to discuss other arrangements that support you.
