About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join the team in Perth. This role is pivotal for driving business growth and involves a mix of client interaction and strategic planning. With a competitive salary on offer, we are looking for individuals with the right attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic mapping of customers and business development opportunities
- Maintaining CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Attending meetings with senior management
- Cold calling
- Building and managing prospect lists
- Achieving a monthly revenue target
Skills & Experience:
- Sales experience required
- Positive attitude and eagerness to seize opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage in cold calling and client meetings
- No prior transport experience required, though advantageous
- Proficiency in a CRM
