We are working with a well-known, leading global insurance company, who are looking to attract experienced and passionate customer-focused Case Managers to their newly created roles in Charlestown. Experience within workers compensation is essential. For you: Salaries ranging from $95K – $115K depending on experience Demonstrated career progression Excellent support with Technical Leaders and IMA's Low claim portfolios Mixed injury claims Supportive and dedicated management team Hybrid working arrangements as required Fantastic technology Stable, engaged teams and company Structured training and more You will: Work with a government client portfolio to manage workers compensation claims End-to-end claims management including determining liability through to finalisation Support the Team Managers as required with reporting, strategy and portfolio insights All we want from you is: Workers compensation case management experience either front-end claims or end-to-end Strong knowledge of the workers compensation legislation Exceptional customer service and stakeholder engagement skills Due to the nature of this portfolio, candidates with experience or interest in psychological or mental health claims will be highly regarded.
