Customer Service Representative Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
* On the road, delivering and selling batteries/accessories to trade/wholesale customers across Australia and New Zealand.
* Manage existing client relationships to foster repeat business and expand our customer base.
* Consignment and stock rotation of products at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality products to meet customer expectations.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Ensure accurate sales paperwork processing.
Requirements:
* A valid manual driver's license is preferred.
* Forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification.
* MR license or readiness to obtain certification.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interactions with diverse personalities.
* Proficiency in computer software for reporting and customer management.
* Physical fitness to lift repetitive loads up to 30kg.
