Corporate Food Operations Manager \ We are seeking an experienced culinary professional to manage our corporate food operations. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the setup and execution of buffets and banquets, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality food products. \ The ideal candidate has a strong background in corporate catering, with previous supervisory experience and excellent leadership skills. They must also possess knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and basic administration, as well as good computer and communication skills. \ Key Responsibilities: \ \ 1. Lead buffet and banquet set-ups, ensuring food safety from preparation to delivery \ 2. Coordinate with event teams and ensure smooth execution \ 3.
