The Role Toll People are seeking a strategic and results-driven International Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end freight and offshore fulfilment operations. In this pivotal role, you will manage international freight contracts, optimise inventory flow, and lead offshore facilities to ensure on-time order fulfilment. You'll also build strong partnerships with service providers, identify efficiencies, and lead a high-performing logistics team. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategy development and execution of inbound logistics and offshore fulfilment operations Oversee international freight forwarding and contract management, ensuring cost-effective, timely service. Manage pick & pack hub operations, including offshore OSPNP (Off-Shore Pick & Pack) and PDQ (Product Display Quickly) processes. Lead weekly shipment planning to optimise contracts and minimise reliance on expensive freight options. Analyse global freight trends and recommend process improvements to providers and internal teams. Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to optimise end-to-end supply chain efficiency. Manage service providers, including freight forwarders, reviewing performance and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across operations. Lead and mentor the logistics team across Australia and offshore, driving engagement, performance, and succession planning. Maintain compliance with regulations and documentation related to international logistics and fulfilment. Monitor and report on KPIs, including cost savings, on-time delivery, and operational efficiency, with a focus on year-on-year improvement. Skills & Experience 5 years' experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management. FMCG industry experience is highly desirable. Strong understanding of international freight, offshore fulfilment, and inventory processes. Proven ability to lead teams, manage service providers, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced Excel and ERP/system experience. Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels. Ability to negotiate, influence stakeholders, and resolve conflicts constructively. Excellent communication skills across teams and cultures.
