Job Title: Group Financial Controller
This strategic leadership role involves influencing financial governance at a global level and shaping the company's future. You'll play a key part in delivering accurate and timely consolidated financial statements, statutory compliance, clean audit outcomes, maintaining and enhancing financial controls, policies, and governance frameworks.
You will lead the financial accounting function to drive continuous improvement in systems and processes. This includes partnering with senior leadership on treasury, insurance, risk management strategies. As well as leading system improvements and automation initiatives to strengthen reporting capability.
Requirements:
* Candidate must be CA or CPA qualified with strong technical accounting expertise.
* A background in Big 4 plus experience in senior finance roles for at least five years is required.
* The candidate should have advanced knowledge of international accounting standards (IAS) requirements.
* Familiarity with ERP systems is essential; Power BI experience is advantageous.
