We are seeking a skilled and professional Adelaide Patient Safety Associate to join our team. This role will primarily involve providing a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
* Monitor CCTV footage and radio communication systems
* Respond to aggression and emergency incidents
* Act as a customer service ambassador
* Ensure the personal safety of staff, visitors, and property
Requirements:
* Certificate II in Security Operations
* Current SA Security License
* Driver's license
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia
