1300SMILES Springfield Lakes is seeking a friendly, professional, and organised individual to join our team as a Receptionist on a Casual Basis.
Includes Saturdays and one weekday each week (rotating Monday/Friday)

Job Description
As the first point of contact for our patients, our highly regarded Dental Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care. Your varied responsibilities will include:
* Greet patients and visitors.
* Schedule appointments, process payments and health insurance claims.
* Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
* Manage patient files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
* Proven dental experience in a reception role.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* An ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and practice management software.
* Detail-oriented and highly organised.
