About the Role
The role is for an experienced Digital Printer who can run production independently, take ownership of output, and hold themselves to a professional standard.
You'll be operating Roland & Canon Arizona machines as well as Demak Resin Doming equipment producing short-run, custom, and repeat work where accuracy matters.
It is hands-on, fast-paced, and detail-driven.
What You'll Be Doing
* Running digital print jobs from setup to finished output
* Checking and interpreting supplied artwork (bleeds, colour, resolution, substrates)
* Managing colour consistency and print quality
* Printing to a wide range of substrates (vinyl, PET, polycarbonate, ACM, etc.)
* Resin doming small and large run jobs
* Maintaining printers, consumables, and basic troubleshooting
* Working closely with finishing and production teams
* Taking responsibility for deadlines and output quality
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in digital printing
* Strong attention to detail

* Comfortable in a production environment where standards are high
* Experience with large-format or flatbed printers
* Familiarity with RIP software (Onyx or similar)
