Desktop Support Specialist Opportunity
The Public Health Department is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join their team in Tweed Heads.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide hardware and software support in a corporate environment
* Install, configure and maintain peripheral computer equipment including printers, multi-function devices, scanners, digital cameras and data projectors
* Patch network connections within a telecommunications closet
* Use SCCM to upgrade devices to Windows 10
Requirements:
* Current Drivers License
* Covid Vaccination
* Police Check
Preferred Qualifications:
A background in the health environment would be beneficial but not essential.
