About the Role:
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share
* Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to exceed targets
* Build strong relationships with Nurse Unit Managers, procurement teams, ICU directors, emergency department staff, and other healthcare professionals
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
* Deliver product demonstrations, educational sessions, and training programs
* Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale clinical support
