Description
This role sits within WALGA's Commercial Management Team, which delivers the Preferred Supplier Program (PSP) and supports Local Government Members in accessing trusted suppliers, contracts and commercial advice. As a Contract Administrator you will support the day‐to‐day running of PSP contracts, including onboarding, variations, compliance and enquiry handling. You will maintain registers and documentation, support reporting, and work with the systems that underpin the program. A key part of the role is being a friendly and reliable point of contact for Preferred Suppliers, Members and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Support administration of PSP contracts including supplier onboarding, contract variations and compliance.
* Respond to contract‐related enquiries.
* Maintain registers and documentation.
* Support reporting and the systems and data that underpin the program.
* Serve as a point of contact for Preferred Suppliers, Members and internal stakeholders, answering questions and guiding them through administrative processes.
Qualifications
* Strong administrative experience in a commercial or office environment.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle priorities.
* Clear and confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proactive mindset and willingness to help where needed.
* Experience in contract administration, supplier programs or Local Government environments is helpful but not essential.
