The Opportunity
We're seeking a Commercial Finance Lead to bridge the gap between finance and commercial strategy. This newly created role will be pivotal in building out FP&A; capability, strengthening business partnering, and driving data-led decision making.
You'll work closely with key stakeholders in the field, the office leadership team, and the in-house data function to translate numbers into actionable insights, mentor non-financial stakeholders, and ensure the business's rapid growth is supported by robust commercial foundations.
What You'll Do
- Lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A;), budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare and uplift monthly board packs and management reporting.
- Partner with venue managers and leadership to deliver commercial insights.
- Own and drive financial modelling
- Manage cash flow and support continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate with the data team to leverage Power BI.
- Mentor and engage with energetic, non-financial teams to build commercial awareness.
About You
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energised working between finance and commercial strategy.
- Background in FMCG, retail, or hospitality is highly regarded.
- Strong FP&A; and commercial acumen, with a love for spreadsheets and data.
- Skilled in business partnering and stakeholder engagement.
- Comfortable mentoring and translating financials for non-financial teams.
- Thrives in data driven environments. you enjoy problem solving and driving key insights form complex data
