In this role, you will design, develop, and support customized Dynamics 365 solutions to improve clinical operations, patient engagement, and internal workflows. Youll play a key role in bridging technology with healthcare delivery, ensuring our systems support high-quality, compliant care.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (primarily Customer Engagement or other modules as applicable) to meet healthcare-specific operational and regulatory needs.Work closely with clinicians, administrators, and analysts to gather requirements and deliver tailored Dynamics solutions.Develop custom workflows, entities, plugins, and integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools.Support integration with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech) and third-party healthcare platforms via APIs or middleware.Build dashboards and reports for clinical and operational analytics using Power BI, SSRS, and Dynamics reporting tools.Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations in system design and data handling.Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance Dynamics-based solutions to support evolving healthcare needs.Document customizations, technical configurations, and development procedures.Qualifications3-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.Proven experience in the healthcare industry or strong understanding of healthcare workflows and terminology.Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).Experience with Dynamics 365 SDK, Web API, and integration tools.Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, or healthcare data integration standards is a plus.Understanding of security and compliance requirements in healthcare IT (e.g., HIPAA).Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical and clinical stakeholders.Preferred Skills (Optional But Valuable)Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, MB-210, MB-920).Experience with patient engagement or care coordination tools.Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.Experience with data migration tools (e.g., KingswaySoft).Understanding of value-based care models and population health management.Join Trideca: Where Innovation Meets InclusivityAt Trideca, we're not just building cutting-edge solutions, we're cultivating a workplace that champions diversity, inclusivity, and continuous growth.
