Our Central Heidelberg laboratory plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely diagnostic results and our Data Entry team is at the heart of that process.
About The Role
Based at our Central Heidelberg Office, we are currently seeking a reliable, detail-focused and driven team member to join our professional and friendly Data Entry team.
Ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, values accuracy and thrives in a fast-paced medical environment supporting key administrative functions that directly impact patient care and clinical outcomes.
Your Skills will include:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work to strict time constraints
* Sound computer skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
* Accurate and timely data entry of pathology request forms
* Identifying and resolving discrepancies or incomplete information
* Liaising with relevant stakeholders to obtain missing information
* Providing ad-hoc administrative and clerical support as required
Requirements
* Previous data entry experience is desirable but not essential
* Background or knowledge in pathology is desirable but not essential
* Strong understanding of and commitment to privacy and confidentiality in a medical environment
