Service Delivery Role
Join us as a Service Delivery Manager responsible for delivering operational and service level agreements, managing outsourced suppliers, and third-party contract agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement significant and complex service improvements across the client base
* Develop and implement processes for business-wide improvements to cost and delivery of administrative processes and client/internal services
* Create a culture and learning environment that encourages employee development and progress
* Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Oversee timely resolution of operational issues
* Provide regular reporting and feedback on business-wide adherence to client service level agreements
About You:
We seek a highly energetic and focused individual with prior experience in a leadership or management position within Facilities/Contracts environment. Ideal candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills, experience creating and delivering reports, and ability to multi-task using multiple systems tools and processes.
