The newly created role
* Work across our beautiful 135 bed Blue Haven aged care facility and home care services in Kiama
* Plan, coordinate and deliver education
* Conduct training needs analysis to identify the areas of education to focus on
* Evaluate the effectiveness of the training provided and make any necessary improvements
* Deliver education on orientation days for new staff
* Assist with the preparation and ongoing readiness for accreditation visits
* Prepare data analysis, reports and trends to identify priorities and risks, and support the continuous improvement plan for the home

About you
* Registered Nurse with AHPRA and experience working as an Educator, Quality Specialist, Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Manager in residential aged care
* Excellent clinical knowledge and a sound understanding of the strengthened standards
* Superb interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to support, engage and inspire staff through training
* Able to conduct audits, use critical thinking to analyse data and identify areas for improvement
* Energetic, proactive, passionate, computer savvy, and a big picture approach to quality and education
