About the Role:
We're on the lookout for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our Global Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Content, you'll help bring the Rip Curl women's brand and vision to life through innovative and compelling design. You'll collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to deliver campaigns that inspire and connect with our global audience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Tell great stories Conceptualise and design engaging brand and product campaigns
* Direct photoshoots in studio and on-location
* Deliver high-quality creative across digital and print platforms
* Bring women's content to life across all channels
* Manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations
* Translate briefs into world-class creative assets
* Maintain digital asset libraries and brand consistency
* Collaborate across teams to ensure timely and impactful execution
What We're Looking For:
* A Graphic Design qualification is awesome but demonstrated experience in similar roles with relevant expertise and technical skills is highly regarded
* Strong conceptual thinking with demonstrated experience in bringing great stories to life.
* Passion for storytelling, art and design, fashion, and global trends
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment
* A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
* A genuine interest in surf culture and lifestyle
