Key responsibilities
- Manage a well-structured portfolio as the main point of contact for renters and rental providers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and expert advice
- Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, compliance, and portfolio performance
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve outstanding results
About you
- Experience in property management (preferred)
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence and National Police Check
