SustainHealth Recruitment is seeking an experienced Clinical Quality Coordinator (Registered Nurse) for a permanent full-time leadership opportunity within a large, secure healthcare service. This service delivers comprehensive primary and multidisciplinary healthcare, with a strong focus on clinical governance, quality improvement, accreditation, and patient-centred care within a complex clinical environment. In this role, you will lead continuous quality improvement systems, coordinate accreditation processes, and support safe, high-quality healthcare delivery. You will also work closely with leadership teams and staff to drive best practice standards and service development.
