We are currently seeking reliable individuals to join our team as Labouers. This role involves assisting with the day-to-day operations of the facility and ensuring the smooth running of operations. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital part in sorting and disposing of waste materials, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility, and assisting customers with their waste disposal needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in sorting and disposing of various waste materials.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the waste facility.
* Provide assistance to customers with waste disposal, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
* Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
* Perform general housekeeping and facility maintenance duties.
Key Requirements:
* Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
* Ability to work well in a team environment.
* Ability to work weekends and Public Holidays if needed
* Current Valid White card
* Current Valid Driver's License
* Current Valid Forklift Ticket (desired but not essential)
* Good communication skills and customer service-oriented approach.
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not required.
