Lead Educator

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of educators, developing and implementing educational programs, and ensuring the overall quality of the service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of educators in providing high-quality early education and care to children
* Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
* Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and staff
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent Bachelor's degree
* A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one
* A current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain one
* A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
