Lead a Thriving 120-Place Centre in the Bendigo Community. Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our well-established White Hills centre in Bendigo, which opened in November 2022 and is licensed for 120 places.

About the Role
As Centre Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our White Hills centre, ensuring excellence across education, compliance, team leadership and family experience.
Working closely with your Assistant Centre Manager and Head of Curriculum, you’ll focus on strengthening team capability, driving quality outcomes, and supporting sustainable occupancy and performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily centre operations and ensure compliance with Regulations and the NQS
* Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team
* Build a positive, values-driven centre culture
* Foster strong relationships with families and the local Bendigo community
* Drive occupancy, engagement and long-term centre success
* Maintain a safe, inclusive and high-quality learning environment
* Lead continuous improvement and quality uplift initiatives
About You
You’re an experienced Centre Manager who enjoys leading larger services and balancing people leadership with strong operational oversight.
You’ll Bring
* A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education & Care
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Centre Manager (experience in larger services highly regarded)
* Strong leadership, organisational and operational capability
* In-depth knowledge of Children’s Services Regulations and National Quality Standards
* Proven ability to mentor, inspire and retain teams
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A passion for quality early learning and continuous improvement
* Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, Food Safety Supervisor
* Current Working with Children Check and Police Check
