An exciting opportunity exists for a Painter to join our BEMS Operations & Trades Department at Gympie Hospital. The Building Tradesperson, Painter and Decorator is responsible for undertaking and delivering effective client focused building and asset maintenance services that comply with Queensland Health Policies, including building and infrastructure policy. Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north. Key Responsibilities include: * Perform duties as part of a multi skilled pool of labour and participate in training to enhance skill levels to support the team. * Provide professional trade painting and decorating services including Sign writing in a maintenance environment. * Provide assistance to the Maintenance Coordinators and in house trade staff on area wide maintenance activities related to building fabric. Remuneration value up to $8588p.m., comprising salary between $3462.40 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HBEA06) (Fixed Term Temporary Full Time 76hrs p.f. for 6 months).
