A typical day may include: Providing technical design advice on complex tunneling issues to clients and internal teams while delivering best practice consulting services. Utilizing advanced techniques to synthesize and analyze data for informed decision-making and recommendations. Building your reputation as an expert Design Consultant and participating in industry groups to maintain a high profile. Cultivating relationships with existing and new clients and engaging in proactive business development. Staying updated on advancing technologies, methods, and research and development in the field. Preparing tenders, proposals, and reports for clients. Supporting stakeholder engagement activities. About You: You have experience as a Tunnel Design Engineer, with solid knowledge of Mined and TBM construction methods. You hold a degree in civil engineering. You are a Chartered Engineer or actively working towards this qualification. You have a proven track record managing small to large projects successfully. You promote innovation in civil engineering to add value to clients and projects. You have experience preparing and reviewing technical reports and client communications. You possess a strong work ethic and can work both autonomously and collaboratively. You are capable of taking responsibility for tunnel design delivery in a multidisciplinary environment.
