A dedicated Document Control Administrator is required to support our compliance and quality teams on a 2-day-a-week basis for a 6-month contract.

This role is ideal for someone with strong administration experience who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment and is looking for flexible, part-time work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Compiling, updating, reviewing and uploading new and existing documents into our IMS platform (Mango WHS)
* Maintaining version control and ensuring documents meet compliance requirements
* Optimising document organisation for ease of access and usability
* Liaising with internal stakeholders to gather, update, and finalise documentation
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the IMS

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
* Providing administrative support to ensure effective operation of the business
* Developing and implementing procedures for effective document management
* Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders
* Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures

Requirements:

* 2+ years' experience in administration, document control, or compliance support
* Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills
* Excellent written communication and document formatting skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Experience with document control systems (Mango WHS or similar) is highly regarded
