Due to increased work with some of Queensland’s top builders, Cold Front Service are seeking suitably qualified and experienced Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technicians for full time permanent roles.
Our work area ranges from Northern NSW through to the Gold Coast and Brisbane. Our Main office is located at Burleigh Heads with a warehouse also on the Sunshine Coast.
Our current Crews are a great bunch of hardworking guys who are honest, accountable, motivated and take pride in their work.
Cold Front can offer:

* Minimum of 38 hours a week - Regular overtime also available.

* Range $77K to $83K + Superannuation. Rate negotiable depending on qualifications and experience

Some of the Qualifications and experience we are looking for include:
* Certificate II Split System Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems preferred
* Cert III Refrigeration & Air Conditioning preferred
* Posses at least 1 years experience with the installation of split and ducted air conditioning systems
* Ability to review scope of works required from job specification notes and attachments
* Installing and repairing refrigeration systems including compressors, motors and other components
* Working with hand and power tools to install air conditioning systems
* Measuring and cutting pipe
* Brazing pipe to connect air conditioning and refrigeration systems
* Sourcing any leaks, vac systems out or fill with refrigerant as required
* Conduct operation tests on air conditioning and refrigeration systems including making adjustments to meet manufacturers guidelines
* Repair and maintain systems including the reporting of action taken to complete works
* Fill the systems with gas or fluid using vacuum pumps and fill with refrigerant in line with regulations and governing procedures.

Pay: $77,000.00 – $83,000.00 per year
