As a Premium Services Host, you will be the face of our premium gaming experiences, providing exceptional service to our valued guests. You will be an expert in the Star Club Loyalty Program, using your extensive knowledge to promote member benefits and address a wide range of guest inquiries across all areas of our business. This fast-paced role is hands-on and requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure a positive experience for our guests.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with our local, interstate and international guests.
Training for this role will commence on the 13th of January ****.
Responsibilities
Respond to all guest enquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
Maintain a thorough understanding of the gaming promotions and services
Utilise multiple systems to manage memberships and Private Gaming Room access
Assist in conducting Gaming Promotions & Draws
Promote Safer Gambling & Monitor the Responsible Service of Alcohol
Support the Hosting team with Meet & Greet and Farewell arrangements for interstate and international VIP members
Qualifications
Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and meet guests' needs
Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word with the ability to learn other casino operating systems
Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
Eligibility to obtain a Casino Employee licence (which includes thorough background checks)

To excel in this role, you will develop a deep understanding of the gaming industry and a genuine passion for creating extraordinary experiences. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you will be interacting with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
