Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated customer service representative to join our team.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests have a positive experience at our parks.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a high standard of customer service
* Process guest check-ins and outs
* Accurately use the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
* Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
* Supply guests information regarding property and local areas of interest
* Complete day-to-day office administration
* Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests
Requirements:
* Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
* Passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experience
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
* Current drivers licence essential
