As a Lead Educator, you will: Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of engaging learning experiences.
Ensure all programs align with EYLF and National Quality Standards.
Mentor and support fellow educators within your room.
Build positive partnerships with families to support children's learning journeys.
What You'll Need Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACEQCA-approved equivalent).
Current WA Working with Children Check (Employee) .
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
Leadership skills and a collaborative attitude.
