Baillie Hill is Perth's newest hospitality precinct, opening early **** in East Victoria Park. With restaurants, bars, and community spaces under one roof, it will be a vibrant hub for dining, entertainment, and connection.
We're seeking an experienced, hands-on Functions & Events Manager to lead precinct-wide bookings, private functions, weddings and community activations - including East Vic Park's newest weekly farmers market. This is your chance to shape Baillie Hill's events offering from the ground up.

About the Role
You'll manage the full event cycle - from enquiry and quoting through to on-site delivery and post-event follow-up - ensuring every function runs smoothly. Events will range from private celebrations and corporate gatherings to community markets and precinct activations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client enquiries, bookings, and event logistics
Prepare quotes, proposals, and booking confirmations
Coordinate with FOH and kitchen teams for seamless operations
Develop run sheets and oversee on-site event delivery
Assist with precinct events and the weekly farmers market
Manage event budgets and resources efficiently
What You'll Bring
2+ years' experience in event or functions management (hospitality preferred)
Knowledge of Function Tracker, Now Book It or similar systems
Excellent communication, admin, and client-service skills
Calm, professional approach under pressure
Self-motivated, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented
