We are seeking a skilled Production and Logistics Coordinator to support our Production Manager with the flow of product from start to finish.

Main responsibilities
1. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with offshore factories and following up on samples, approvals, and timelines. This includes updating production schedules from sampling through to bulk orders.
2. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail as they will need to prepare packing lists, allocations, carton breakdowns. They must also assist freight bookings by coordinating air vs sea shipments including tracking delivery times.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: 1-2 years' experience in production administration or wholesale operations required; Strong understanding of logistics processes.
Able to work effectively in fast-paced environment;
