Job Description
We seek a skilled accounting professional to play a vital role in our organization's financial operations. This individual will be responsible for managing and maintaining the accuracy of our financial systems, preparing reports, and ensuring timely and accurate entry of transactions.

* A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential for this position.

Responsibilities
* Financial Accounting & Reporting
o Prepare and lodge BAS, PAYG, IAS, and FBT returns.
* Banking
o Upload and process bank payments.
o Perform daily bank reconciliations.
o Assist with cashflow forecasting.
o Manage finance facilities and related reporting.
* Month-End & Year-End Close
o Ensure timely and accurate entry of transactions.
o Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
o Support preparation of annual finance statements.
* Inventory & Asset Management
o Maintain and reconcile inventory records.
o Manage the fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
* Support
o Provide support and act as a point of escalation for accounts payable and payroll.
* Systems & Process Improvement
o Support and assist with the implementation of new accounting system.
o Review and improve existing finance procedures, processes, and reports.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
* Professional certifications such as CPA or CA.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
Skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
