The role is responsible for driving adoption, minimising resistance, and maximising engagement across all levels of the organisation for application systems change during the move from Loddon Mallee to Grampians Regions. The Change Manager will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure the transition is embraced and sustained, ultimately improving collaboration, communication, and operational efficiency across the health service.

The Change Lead ICT Transition will:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy and framework tailored to the digital transition initiatives.
2. Lead change planning and execution for work packages, such as AD/Email/M365 or Unified Communications, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
3. Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations to inform change plans.
4. Collaborate with technical teams to understand solution impacts and translate them into effective change interventions.
5. Design and deliver communication and engagement plans that build awareness and support for the transformation.
6. Partner with internal training teams and external vendors to develop and deliver capability uplift programs.
7. Develop and execute a training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and learning requirements across impacted teams.
8. Design and implement a train-the-trainer program to empower digital change champions to support local adoption and peer learning.
9. Coach and support senior leaders and sponsors in fulfilling their change leadership roles.
10. Monitor and report on change effectiveness, adoption metrics, and feedback to inform continuous improvement.
11. Identify and manage interdependencies across projects to minimise change fatigue and optimise resource utilisation.
12. Lead and mentor change champions and project team members in change management practices.
13. Perform any other duties as required, commensurate with the position classification and the employee's skills, knowledge, experience, and qualifications.
