Are you passionate about knowledge management and customer experience? Mackay Regional Council is seeking a dynamic Corporate Knowledge Officer to join our newly developed Customer Experience program. This nine (9) month temporary full-time role offers a unique opportunity to shape how knowledge is captured, shared, and leveraged across the organisation to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
As The Corporate Knowledge Officer, You Will
* Develop and implement cutting-edge knowledge management strategies.
* Maintain and enhance the internal Knowledge Management System (KMS).
* Collaborate with diverse teams to gather, organise, and disseminate information.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.
* Drive positive outcomes for both internal and external customers.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that accurate, up-to-date information is readily available to staff and customers, supporting efficient service delivery and informed decision-making.
