To be successful you will have the following:
* Trade qualifications are ideal, but strong hands‑on experience is essential
* 2–5+ years of Foreman experience with a reputable company
* Experience on projects valued over $50M is highly desirable
* Proven expertise in finishes, with a strong track record of quality outcomes
Position:
* Supervise and coordinate all finishing trades to deliver high‑quality workmanship on time and within budget.
* Inspect work for compliance with project specifications, identify defects, and manage rectifications.
* Liaise with site management and subcontractors, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards.
Company: The company is a Queensland developer delivering high‑quality, design‑focused residential and mixed‑use projects.
Your initial project will be a 5 level development, with a 2 level basement in Yeronga.
It is preferential that you have experience working in the mid or upper tier construction environment and exposure to residential projects.
