They are investing heavily in their team and are seeking a motivated, hungry & strategic Business Development Management to drive growth across untapped channels across key hospital accounts across Australia.
The Role
* Build and grow relationships with key hospital stakeholders
* Drive product awareness, education and clinical adoption
* Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to implementation
* Leverage existing accounts to uncover new business opportunities
* Execute product launch initiatives across the territory
* Deliver exceptional customer support & account management
* Participate in ongoing product & clinical education
Skills and Demonstrated Experience
* Local hospital sales experience within Medtech or healthcare
* Proven success selling into Emergency Departments essential
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
* Demonstrated business development and territory growth success
* Commercially minded with strong analytical capability
* Confident presenting and communicating clinical data
* Ability to identify customer pain points and deliver solutions
* Curious, proactive and comfortable challenging the status quo
* Nursing, Science, Medical or related clinical background advantageous
* Interest & availability to travel across Australia
