You will be joining our thriving Occupational Therapy team at Westmead Hospital, which is where you'll experience a highly supportive department with a positive team culture. We are a department of approximately 50 clinicians with varied skillsets and knowledge working with acute and rehabilitation patients in inpatient, outpatient and community settings. Supervision is a priority within our department, and we will establish the appropriate supervisory supports you require to reach your personal and professional goals.
Professional development is strongly encouraged in the OT department both internally and externally to the organisation. Our well-established education portfolio offers a range of presentations/in-services throughout the year, tailored to meet the learning needs and interests of our clinicians.
We recognise the importance of work-life balance and have various initiatives and arrangements in place to ensure your well-being is prioritised. This includes a well-established 'Culture Club' Portfolio who arrange various social gatherings and celebrations to bring the department together.
