This will be the largest plant in Australia and one of the largest in the world, utilizing the most sustainable production processes. About the Role
This is an opportunity for a Camp Manager to join our team on site. You will be responsible for overseeing the accommodation strategy at the site camp, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and efficient living environment for all workers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive accommodation strategy to meet the needs of the camp, collaborating with the Mobility Team.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the camp's accommodation facilities and maintenance.
* Conduct regular inspections of accommodation facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards.
* Maintain accurate records and reports related to accommodation operations, resident attendance, and incidents.
* Foster a positive and inclusive camp environment, promoting teamwork, respect, and a sense of community among residents.
Your Qualifications:
* Previous experience in camp management, hospitality management, or a similar role.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices for camp management.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work a 19:9 FIFO rotation to site.
