Minda is seeing a growth in demand for speech therapy services and is actively seeking experienced Speech Pathologists or Senior Speech Pathologists, particularly those with experience in swallowing disorders (dysphagia). There are full time or part time opportunities for mid to senior range practitioners, offering generous remuneration and salary packaging, and full time or part time options to suit your flexible needs. What you’ll do Deliver therapy assessments and interventions across communication and swallowing needs for clients with disabilities. Support complex cases in dysphagia and to support mealtime safety Support and mentor others with your clinical experience and knowledge Collaborate closely with families, supports and other Allied Health professionals What you’ll bring Minimum 2–3 years’ post-graduate experience as a Speech Pathologist Demonstrated, hands-on experience in dysphagia assessment and management Confidence with clinical decision-making Either senior experience already, or a genuine readiness to step into a senior role Strong professional judgement, great communication skills and proactive approach Why join Minda?
