What You Will Do

* Define and deliver the enterprise roadmap for automation, AI, modern applications and integrations aligned to Canon's digital strategy
* Lead and develop a cross‐functional team of analysts, developers and solution specialists
* Drive automation, data‐flow optimisation and low‐code/no‐code adoption across business units
* Promote API‐first, modular application architectures that support scalability and flexibility
* Establish integration standards, governance frameworks and best‐practice development processes
* Oversee delivery of key application and integration initiatives using Agile or hybrid methodologies
* Partner with business leaders and vendors to deliver secure, reliable and fit‐for‐purpose solutions

What You Bring

* 7+ years' experience in application development, enterprise integrations or digital platform roles
* Proven hands‐on experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 or comparable SaaS environments
* Strong technical depth in automation tools and enterprise integration platforms (e.g. Azure Integration Services, Boomi, MuleSoft)
* Deep understanding of REST APIs, event‐driven architecture, middleware and enterprise integration patterns
* Demonstrated experience working with foundation AI models such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini including practical application in an enterprise context
* A track record of translating business needs into secure, scalable and future‐ready digital solutions
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across technical and non‐technical audiences
* A collaborative mindset and the confidence to lead teams through change
