Job Description
As a Senior Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of key assessment operations during a high-volume period. This involves providing technical and administrative support for assessment systems, digital platforms, and exam-related workflows.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing, logging, reviewing, and validating assessment materials to ensure accuracy and compliance. You will also troubleshoot system issues, escalating matters when required to technical specialists.
Additionally, you will coordinate secure handling and tracking of confidential examination information and support communication with internal teams, schools, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth exam operations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Providing technical support for assessment systems and digital platforms
* Processing, logging, and reviewing assessment materials

* Coordinating secure handling and tracking of confidential examination information
* Supporting communication with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Proven experience in technical support, administration, or operational support within a fast-paced environment (Ideally within Education or Government environment)
* Availability to commence in January
* Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) if successful
* High attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy under time pressure
* Strong communication skills, professionalism, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Confident computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
