Key Role: Inclusion Support Specialist
Our Kindy room seeks an enthusiastic and passionate educator to join our centre as an Inclusion Support Specialist.
The ideal candidate will foster meaningful relationships with children, families and the centre community. They will support and guide children's learning while playing an active role in developing an inclusive educational program for the Four to Five-year-old room.
Responsibilities include ensuring a high level of health and safety standards are maintained at all times, demonstrating a commitment to providing a safe, caring, non-judgmental and supportive environment for all children and their families, facilitating learning experiences for designated groups of children and assisting in the observation and evaluation of individual strengths, interests and preferences.
The successful candidate will also design and implement activities to be included in children's developmental programs and be part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment. They will play a key role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional and cognitive development of young children. The team is looking for someone who can provide support and guidance to both children and families, helping them to reach their full potential.
