Operations & Product Development Coordinator
Sydney, Australia — Part-Time / Full-Time
We're looking for a highly organised, detail-first coordinator to help manage HOUND's product development and small-accessory supply chain. This role sits at the core of our operations, supporting sampling, production, logistics, and the development of low-stakes accessories and collectibles that expand the HOUND world.
You will:
Coordinate sample timelines, supplier communication, and PO management
Assist in preparing tech packs, product specs, and production requirements
Manage inbound/outbound shipments and 3PL coordination
Help with Shopify product listings and content uploads
Support photoshoots, drop preparation, and basic email sends
Maintain production calendars and supplier databases
Work closely with founders on executing collectible/worldbuilding products
You are:
Highly organised and proactive
Able to manage multiple moving parts at once
Excited about fashion production and worldbuilding
Comfortable handling both admin tasks and creative execution
Happy to own the details end-to-end
Bonus:
Experience in Illustrator, Shopify, or working with suppliers is helpful but not required.
