About Us
Hotel Interiors specialises in the design, manufacture, and supply of commercial furniture and joinery for hospitality projects across Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific, and the U.A.E. We work with leading hotel groups and developers to deliver high-quality, custom interior solutions, managing projects from concept through to installation.

The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration & Shipping Coordinator to join our growing team at Sanctuary Cove. This is a part-time position, with strong potential to develop into a full-time role for the right candidate.

In this role, you’ll support our team across a range of commercial interior projects, playing a key part in keeping everything running smoothly from procurement through to delivery and installation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting with project administration, including schedules and documentation

* Preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQs)

* Sourcing and reviewing supplier quotes

* Coordinating with shipping agents to manage the import and delivery of goods

* Tracking shipments and ensuring timely delivery to site

* Liaising with installers, trades, and project teams to coordinate logistics

* Supporting the team across multiple projects as required

About You:

* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

* Confident communicator, comfortable working with suppliers and stakeholders

* Experience in logistics, shipping, or commercial project coordination is highly regarded

* Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel (essential)

* Experience with Pipedrive, Aconex, or Procure-to-Pay applications would be highly regarded

* Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
