Pharmacy Services Leadership Position

About the Role
* Oversight of supply management, PBS compliance, and system processes in the dispensary.
* Delivery of medication advice and reviews across various wards (renal, oncology, paediatrics, emergency).
* Leadership and supervision of clinical pharmacists and technicians.
* Training and education for pharmacy staff and nursing/medical personnel.
* Driving audits, reporting, medication safety, and service improvements.
* Presentation in meetings, forums, and hospital-wide initiatives.
The role requires collaboration with consultants in general medicine, emergency, obstetrics, nephrology, and surgical services. Multidisciplinary team collaboration is also essential.
This position demands effective teamwork, flexibility in managing competing demands, shifting priorities, and shared responsibilities across clinical and dispensary services.
